We highlight the most relevant news:
- Now ISP Gestión integrates with the InnovaPhone PBX, enabling calls to be made from MyApps in various sections of the program and open the customer's record instantly when a call comes in.
- Another new development relates to Contracts. With the aim of unifying concepts for our Discounts and Charges, now we will be able to add a Billing Concept, which will be the text that appears on the invoice.
- And for the Technical Menu, from this version we will be able to monitor and retrieve certain values of the client devices by means of the SNMP protocol, which translates to faster access and less CPU load on the OLT.
