IMPROVEMENTS
Control panel
The Control Panel tabs are no longer the same for all, now each user can have their own tabs and with their own order.
Start tags with multiple rows are allowed.
Business accounts
In the "Contracts" tab of the "Commercial Accounts", the "Complete" column has been removed due to the confusion of the content displayed.
Allow to create Banks from the creation of Billing Groups.
Allow editing of the coordinates of the COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS so that they are loaded on the map (very useful when the address is not found on the map).

Clients Panel
The "Documents" tab is added in the Clients Panel, so that they can be downloaded, as long as we define it in the company configuration.
In Company settings there is a new check to activate or deactivate the "Documents" tab in the Client Area. In addition, only the documents that are in the "PUBLIC" folder of each client will be shown.
In the customer panel -> Consumption detail, all the lines will already appear. Before, only those of Aire Networks appeared, because they are the only ones that offer real-time data. Now the rest of the calls will look for what has been imported and charged in ISPGestion.
SMS
Loading of the Bulk SMS screen is accelerated.
Added the available balance in Bulk SMS, as long as the API has the function to obtain the available balance
The character counter of the SMS sending now take into account the special characters since in many gateways they count double.
