This advanced module will allow us to make advances of our commercial accounts, as well as offset them in other purchase / sale documents.
CREATION AND INITIAL CONFIGURATION
First of all, we must create an item in our warehouse, with the following characteristics:
Once the article is created, we will access 'Company Parameterization', eyelash 'Billing', and we will proceed to configure the following aspects:
With these only two steps, we already have our Advanced Advance Module correctly configured.
APPLICATION AND ADMINISTRATION
Since 'Purchase / Sale Documents', if we access the submenu 'Plus', the new concept will appear 'Advances':
Once an advance has been created, if we enter an unfinished purchase / sale document for a particular client, we can verify that a new button appears 'Advances' and if we click, the following options:
- Make up for a previously created advance.
- Create a new advance.
- Cancel an existing advance.
The options 'New' and 'Cancel' they are pretty obvious. By clicking on 'Make up for', a list will appear with all the pending payments of that client, and we will be able to compensate it in the current document. IMPORTANT: the amount of the advance must be less than the amount of the document.
Once the desired advance has been chosen and we accept it, the compensation for said advance will appear in the body of the document, offsetting its amount.
Through this simple procedure, the purchase / sale document will be offset by the amount of the advance.
For its part, the advance in question will remain as 'Finalized', and may not be compensated again in any other purchase / sale document.
