Description:
Through this screen you can run a multitude of application features. For example, make a discount on the price of a client's contract, program the withdrawal of a contract, modify the price of a rate, etc.
There are three types of incidents:
- Direct: They refer to everything related to contracts, rates, clients, radius, workflows, etc.
- They affect the calculation: they are those that expressly affect the accounting. For example, charging or crediting an amount to a customer's account.
- Operator: if we have integrated the Api of an operator such as Aire Networks, or Xtra Telecom, we will be able to manage, new high portabilities etc through an Operator incident.
