New version ISP Management 5.6
On our YouTube channel you can check the new version of our ISP Management v5.6 software.
We update our software #ISPManagement The most significant new features of the new 5.6 version will be briefly highlighted in this release:
- A new development will allow us to assigning and distributing Tickets automatically between users in the same department on an equal basis. This will facilitate a more agile and efficient management of communications with our customers.
- For the Contracts we have added a new functionality that will allow you to give mass casualty all or only those contracts we want from a given client in one step.
- In order to offer a better experience to our clients, by creating a Ticket from your Customer Panel, you will see useful information or instructions that could help them solve the problem before submitting the application.
- Finally, with regard to the API's, integration with the operator SILBO, The new service, which will allow us to manage directly from ISP Management the creation of customers, verify fibre coverage, as well as create new mobile and fibre orders, among other services.
