SERVICES INCLUDED IN OUR MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

We monitor all equipment and do a periodic review
prevention of both equipment and its configurations.

Weekly from all the teams.

Before a possible failure of any equipment due to malfunction.

Software and firmware updates of the client's network equipment are included.

And its possible growth in an orderly and sustainable manner. By way of example, advice would be included on how to provide coverage in certain coordinates, how to do an installation to avoid heating the equipment or how to prevent water from entering a cabinet.

At the end of each month, a report will be sent with the work carried out in the Support Hours and the Ticket number in which the work is documented.

3 Hours of Support are included in our most economical plan, increasing this number of hours according to the Maintenance Contract modality.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN OUR technical support

To start any procedure, it is only necessary to send a simple email.

For any equipment, be it a network equipment or client equipment and includes any type of action that is necessary on them.

Applicable to any type of configuration that is necessary, excluding some Priced Configurations.

That they serve to improve the behavior of the network or of the equipment and that do not change the functionality of the equipment.

As long as they fall within the competences and skills of ISP Gestión Provider, SL staff and do not conflict with other services already priced.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND CONSULTING

At ISP Gestión Provider, SL we do not differentiate between Technical support and Consultancy. We use both services interchangeably when we refer to issues of Networks, Servers, etc. that require in-depth revisions or a high degree of specialization in the tasks to be carried out.

  • We have Technical Support Hours Packs, being these packs an intermediate point between 1 hour of Consulting and a Maintenance Contract. Our packs are 1 hour (to consume in 3 months), 5 hours (to consume in 6 months) and 10 hours
    (to consume in 12 months).
  • The contracted pack can be consumed several times in smallest fractions 30 minutes (1).
  • Each performance must schedule over time and may be re-scheduled to give priority to emergencies for customers with an active Maintenance contract.
  • In any case, they remain excluded from our Technical Support the Installation/Configuration of Services already charged. Under no circumstances, these configurations may be treated as Technical Support Hours.

PRICED CONFIGURATIONS

The following configurations have an amount already established previously and cannot be executed by consuming Technical Support Hours:

  1. The minimum to be billed will always be one hour.
  2. Router that manages traffic to and from clients. It usually incorporates Firewall, WAN Balancing, Vlans, protocols such as DHCP, PPPoE, etc.
  3. The transfer of data from a previous server is not included.

In all our Maintenance Contracts we include value-added services at no additional cost
for our clients, such as NTP Server, Radius Server and The Dude Server
