E aparecer\u00e1 a seguinte tela:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ispgestion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/072117_0756_Tickets4.png\" alt=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: underline;\">Campos:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\">Mostrar no painel do cliente: Se marcarmos esta caixa, o ticket que estamos criando aparecer\u00e1 no painel do cliente (\u00e1rea do cliente).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Dados do cliente<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\">Cliente: Vamos selecionar para qual cliente estamos fazendo o ticket.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\">Contrato: Escolheremos o contrato no qual estamos fazendo o bilhete.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\">Servi\u00e7o: Indicaremos o servi\u00e7o contratado.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\">Telefone de contato: Ser\u00e1 muito importante colocar o n\u00famero do telefone e tamb\u00e9m dar o bot\u00e3o para validar o telefone, caso contr\u00e1rio, o ticket n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser criado. Assim que fizermos isso, o bot\u00e3o aparecer\u00e1<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ispgestion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/072117_0756_Tickets5.png\" alt=\"\" \/>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Atribuir a um usu\u00e1rio<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\">Departamento: Selecionaremos o departamento ao qual queremos atribuir o ticket.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\">Status: Podemos indicar o status do ticket.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\">Usu\u00e1rio: Escolheremos para qual usu\u00e1rio desejamos alocar este ticket.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\">Enviar email? se n\u00f3s marcarmos <strong>Departamento <\/strong>Um e-mail ser\u00e1 enviado para o endere\u00e7o de e-mail do departamento estabelecido. Se marcarmos Membros do Departamento, ser\u00e1 enviado um e-mail a todos os usu\u00e1rios que fazem parte deste Departamento (Desde que tenham um e-mail indicado na inscri\u00e7\u00e3o). Se ativarmos o envio de e-mail ao usu\u00e1rio, um e-mail ser\u00e1 enviado ao usu\u00e1rio ao qual atribu\u00edmos o ticket.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\">Enviar telegrama? se n\u00f3s marcarmos <strong>Departamento <\/strong>Uma mensagem do Telegram ser\u00e1 enviada para a conta do Telegram que possui o departamento estabelecido.
